The Milway Performance slant board is designed to help improve ankle mobility, as well as allowing deeper, pain free knee flexion movements. Made from aluminium with a grip tape upper surface, and laser cut logos, they are not only stylish but lightweight, robust and will last the test of time.

Offered in 2 angles for the specific needs of the individual:

15 or 25 degree boards.

Both boards can be used for ankle dorsiflexion and also as heel wedges to allow heel raised squatting and lunging movements, promoting deeper but pain free ranges of movement and improved strength.

Both angles can be bought individually or as a pair:

Buy a single board if your focus is on improving ankle range or rehabbing from injury.

Buy a pair if you also want to use them as heel wedges to get in to a deeper squat position!
